Power of Morning Exercise

From 8 Minutes in the Morning to a Flat Belly by Jorge Cruise

"When I first tried to exercise in the morning, I thought that it wouldn't work for me (cause I wasn't a morning person). But a funny thing happened. Each time I managed to get out of bed & exercise in the morning, I noticed that I felt (good) for the rest of the day."

"Researchers found that women who exercised in the morning reported less tension & greater feelings of contentment than those who didn't...Only 25 % of evening exercisers consistently do their exercise compared to 75% of those who exercise in the morning. When you commit to exercising in the morning, you bypass excuses. Morning is the easiest time to control".

I do yoga for at least 30 minutes every morning because it makes me feel good for the rest of the day. Invest 30-60 minutes each morning in your health and exercise. Get fitter & healthier faster cause you're more consistent.

I keep trying to do the morning workout thing, but it only works for me if it's like 9:00 or 10:00 ;) - I'm much better in the evenings. Whatever works, right?

I love starting the mornings with exercise. Most of the time it is the only "just me" time all day. It is 6 a.m.; no phone is ringing and it is just me and the Y! When I skip the day is just not the same!!!

I tell myself every day that starting tomorrow, I will get up early and excercise in the morning...
