Keep Your Family Fit

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention reports that the number of overweight children has increased more than 10% since the 1970s. By making a commitment to family fitness, you can help your kids improve both their health and their confidence, strengthen family bonds and get yourself in shape, too.

1. Limit T.V.
2. Walk more
3. Make exercise fun
4. Support each other
5. Eat well
