Super Food for Your Mind

Source: Health World

There’s one food in the diet of the Far East that can improve your memory and could help ward off dementia, and it’s especially beneficial if you’re over 65. It's tempe, a fermented whole soybean produce, which can help improve memory in older people if it’s eaten every day.
