Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 7 to 7:45 am, the Venice Beach Laughter Club meets just north of the Venice Pier on the beach. It's free and a great way to start the day. You don't have to know Yoga or have any experience with fitness. Clap, breathe and do laughter exercises to improve health & vitality, promote a more positive mental attitude and improve oxygen flow. It also feels great! Kim also have a class at Shakti's Elements on Thu 11am-12 pm. 717 Broadway.
Kim Selbert is one of the Assistant Organizers for the club. I was at the World Laughter Day & had a great time. I look forward to joining one of her classes soon.
