I bought a pack of high protein firm tofu and flax seeds at Trader Joe's. I marinated the tofu in soy sauce, terriyaki baste & glaze sauce, sesame oil and added some flax seeds just because they're so good. Tofu is low fat, full of protein, calcium, vitamins and minerals, protecting against a variety of health conditions including heart disease and cancer. Flax seeds are high in fiber, ligans which reduce breast and colon cancer tumors and plant-based Omega-3. I'll eat this tofu salad for lunch today. What are you having for lunch?
