Ingrid serves as Founder of Holistic Health Club located in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to this, Ingrid served as Office Specialist at Santa Monica Malibu School District. Before arriving at the School District, Ingrid was in Client Service at Sensor Systems. Prior to that, Ingrid was the Office Manager at Essay Experts/ Technovate. http://holistichealthco-op.org/

Presently, Ingrid is a member of Moveon.org, LinkedIn.com, StepUp Women's Network, Ladies Who Launch, Slow Food and Sierra Club. Ingrid attended U.C. Riverside where she studied Business Administration and earned a Bachelors degree in 1990. She also attended Cal State Northridge where she earned a Teaching Credential in 1998 and YogaFit where she earned a Yoga Teacher Certificate in 2007.

Ingrid's core expertise includes 15+ years of business experience, certified yoga teacher and long-time health & fitness advocate. She's also a Meetup organizer and blogger & a member of many networking groups. In her personal time, Ingrid enjoys health & fitness activities, environmental activism, social change, animals, grassroots volunteerism, writing, travel and reading books on personal growth.
