Ways to Look Younger

1. Use a body scrub made of sea salt or sugar during your shower.
2. Put 2 slices of cool cucumber on your eyelids to de-puff eyes.
3. After eating watermelon, use peel to scrub face, then wash with water - great for your skin.
4. Avoid eating refined foods such as white bread & pasta if you have adult acne.
5. Let your hair dry naturally and curl partially-dried hair with ionic curler.
6. Whiten your teeth naturally - brush with a teaspoon of baking powder, let sit & rinse.
